Having taken into account the necessity for you to be aware of your data processing, we developed, approved and publish the present information on personal data processing of UAB DARNU GROUP company group.
We value and cherish our relationships with you and thus seek to provide you with information on the processing of your data that is as complete, consistent and clear as possible. For your convenience, the information is presented in the form of questions and answers.

1. WHAT COMPANIES PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The company group of UAB DARNU GROUP comprises various legal entities, with whom you are linked through contractual, regulatory, employment or other relations. 2. WHY DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company pursues activities that are associated with the processing of your personal data:
• investment in real estate development and financial projects;
• lease, sales, management and administration of real estate;
• consulting on the issues of design, construction, development and realisation of real estate objects;
• handling of the Company’s corporate documentation;
• handling of employment relations and occupational safety documentation (conclusion and administration of employment contracts, fulfilling the Company’s statutory duties in the capacity of employer, maintaining and ensuring proper communication with employees outside working hours, ensuring suitable conditions of work, accumulation and storage of archive data, ensuring the security of employees and documents);
• drawing up and administration of commercial contracts (contracts of sales and purchasing, lease, services, agreements on copyright and with contractors), administering of contractual and the associated regulatory relations;
• electronic sales;
• organisation of social events and actions;
• accumulation, systemisation and analysis of information on goods acquired and services received by you as customers of the Company, establishment of your needs, preparation of customised offers and management of the Company’s sales;
• direct marketing;
• administration of your debts as customers of the Company and measures to recover them;
• ensuring the protection of the property and health for the Company, its employees, customers and visitors (video surveillance);
• collection, accumulation and use of image data (photographs and video material) for the purposes of the Company’s advertising and marketing and other associated applications;
• use of generalised data on visiting social networks and interest identification;
• use of the IP address (browsers of the website visitors) recognition possibilities (website cookies).
The carrying out of the abovementioned activities commits the Company in accordance with the legal acts to process (collect, keep (store), use and share) your personal data. Please rest assured that all of your personal data are processed following the requirements of the legal acts of the EU and Republic of Lithuania and the Company’s internal procedures as well as in line with the conditions described herein.

3. WHERE DOES THE COMPANY GET YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?
The Company receives your personal data:
• directly from you (e.g. when concluding contracts, submitting applications, subscribing to newsletters, or sending emails, you provide your personal data to the Company);
• from public databases and information systems (e.g. Register of Legal Entities, Real Property Register, Credit info, Regia.lt, etc.);
• carrying out video surveillance;
• from insurance companies;
• from banks (e.g. information on payments made by you);
• from competent public authorities (e.g. State Tax Inspectorate, SODRA, etc.).

4. WHO MAY THE COMPANY PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO?
Legal acts establish that the Company may provide your personal data to you or use them in its activities as well as transfer your personal data to other persons. The Company would like you to be aware that the Company may lawfully and validly transfer your personal data to:
• companies within its group of companies (other Companies);
• insurance companies;
• public registers and information systems;
• service providers who work with the Company (e.g. financial institutions, providers of IT services, lawyers and legal firms, consultants, advisors, etc.);
• competent public institutions (e.g. State Tax Inspectorate, State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Competition Council, etc.).

5.IS IT NECESSARY FOR THE COMPANY TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Yes, it is. The Company processes your personal data because:
• the processing of this data is necessary to fulfil the requirements of the legal acts aimed at protecting your rights and legitimate interests as the Company’s customers;
• without this data, we would not be able to conclude contracts with you and perform them;
• we could not analyse your needs and expectations, and ensure a higher quality standard of the services we provide;
• this helps to analyse your applications, requests and complaints promptly, if any. This would not be possible without collecting and accumulating your personal data.
Are you obligated to provide your personal data to the Company? No, you are not. However, without your personal data we will not be able to provide services to you properly and ensure that your expectations are met.

6. WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS?
The scope of the data processed depends on the data received. According to the nature of the Company’s activities, the following personal data may be processed: given name, surname; personal number; address of the (declared) place of residence; telephone number; email address; curriculum vitae data; documents corroborating the facts included in the curriculum vitae (diplomas, certificates corroborating the education, letters of information, etc.); amount of salary; amount and types of taxes paid; amount and type of social benefits; amount and nature of collections according to receiving-orders; information about your state of health; information about marital status; financial information (bank account number); vehicle plate number; video surveillance; image capturing and other data provided and/or disclosed/transferred by you to third persons.

7. HOW LONG WILL THE COMPANY STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Considering the requirements of the legal acts, the Company stores your personal data for different periods (depending on the data type, data processing purpose and other conditions):
• not more than 14 (fourteen) days for video data;
• not more than 3 (three) years when personal data associated with Applicants are processed;
• not more than 3 (three) years when personal data associated with Trainees are processed;
• 3 (three) years from the last date of provision of services or sales of goods to the Data subject or in the case of direct marketing;
• 5 (five) years when personal data associated with the performance of insurance contracts are processed;
• 10 (ten) years when personal data associated with the fulfilment of tax liabilities are processed;
• 50 (fifty) years when personal data of Employees are processed.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING THE PERSONAL DATA?
The Company respects your rights and treats them responsibly, and consequently, would like to remind you of them once again:
• You may find out which of your personal data the Company has. You can do this by submitting a written request to the Company.
• You may receive a copy of your personal data provided that it does not require special processing. If ir does, the Company will provide these data to you in a summarised form.
• You may request to update, correct, delete or destroy your personal data.
• You may ask the Company to restrict or suspend the processing of your data.
• You may withdraw your consent to have your data processed by the Company. Your withdrawal will not affect the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
• You may submit a complaint concerning t breaches of your data processing to a competent personal data protection authority.
